Very bad . Wouldn't take pictures for mobile deposit. Images all turned up gray and missing. THE Bankers were OF NO HELP AND DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE APP. They didn't even pretend to care or try to help.
The app does not work. It gives me an error saying that I need to check my network or wifi connection.

Havent been able to log in on the app for a few days.tried on two differnt phones. Hope this fixed soon!
Mobile check deposit doesn't work. You can get as far as taking a picture of the front of the check, but then it crashes while trying to process the picture and takes you all the way back to the login screen. I've tried to mobile deposit all year and it still doesn't work. Also, it would seem the app hasn't updated the app for over 2 years.
EXTREMELY SLOW. Better off using the web site.

When taking a picture of the front of a check, the app crashes and returns to the start screen. The other services and features are great from what I've noticed so far.
Several features do not work. 404 not found is a common result......
I love arkvally credit UNION people who work there are nice and try to help you be on any other banks
